The Central Government Ministry has approved the National Education Policy 2020 recently. As we are all aware, the Great Bharath, with Kanchi, Kasi & Nalandha as some of the ancient educational centres producing real intellectuals & brilliants few decades ago, has deteriorated its education standards by following a system which can not produce intellectuals and stimulate innovations amongst the youngsters.
Due to over pressure and brain drain by studying every subject, whether or not interested, whether or not important, the students were forced to work towards marks. It is high time we come out of that system and provide an alternative which can keep the brain engaged as well as free from pressure.
In that perspective, swatantra whole heartedly welcome the National Education Policy 2020.
We are yet to go through the policy in full. However in the first look, we must appreciate the initiative to provide technical education as part of the curriculam.
C. Rajagopalachari [Rajaji], in the year 1952 proposed such a technical education. Unfortunately it failed to take off. After 68 years Shri. Narendra Modi headed Government has finally fulfilled his dream.
We welcome the New Education Policy 2020.
